Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and BYG VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, or misuse the App or related trademarks without authorization. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device and account security; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system protection and affect App functionality.
This Service integrates necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. While using the Service, you are also subject to the applicable terms of those providers.
Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges are the user’s responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service interruption caused by battery depletion, incorrect system settings, or third-party network failure is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such information. The App may release updates periodically for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service as permitted by law; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Software or digital service sales are generally final once completed. After account rights, license keys, or digital access have been delivered, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Customer Support: If you experience connection, account, or client issues, please contact support first so we can assist with troubleshooting.
Technical Issues: In some cases, device settings, carriers, or third-party platform policies may affect service quality. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues, but technical issues alone do not automatically entitle users to a refund.
Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if account rights, software licenses, or digital product access are shared, resold, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy within the limits of applicable law. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
